GRADES
Crude mine consists of golden to brown flakes which are carefully classified into five grades - each with a specified range of particle sizes, as detailed in the table below.

2. EXFOLIATED VERMICULITE
Vermiculite is most widely used in its exfoliated form.  The concertina-shaped granules of exfoliated vermiculite are non-combustible as well as being insoluble in water and all organic solvents.  Safe and easy to handle, exfoliated vermiculite is available in the market place in different grades as shown below:
Size: 0.3-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm, 4-8mm
3.VERMICULITE POWDER
Size: 20-40 mesh, 2-150mesh, 40-120mesh,120-270mesh, 325mesh, 400,600,800,1250mesh or as request
Application:
* 2-150mesh: used in roofing material, household congealer, acoustic deadening mortar, lining material
* 20-40mesh: material in refrigerator, fire extinguisher, filter etc
* 40-120mesh: material in dielectric brake pad
* 120-270mesh: material in fireproof paper card
